The person who wrote the post is at one of the offices outside of the usa, or a visa employee, either way, english was their second language. Don't expect anyone outside the usa complain, the whole situation benefits them anyways. If you think this is unique to Sabre, you're mistaken. Just like the manufacturing jobs left, now the rest of the jobs ar3 leaving. This is what happens when unions are decimated and Congress is bought and sold.

nope. not going to leave. im going to ride this clock every freaking day. Our problems started at the leadership level (Director and above). It’s their fault we are in our current state. It’s not the workerbees fault. So im staying. They want results ? they actually have to fire the idiots that are responsible for our current state. i get it. It’s hard to fire non contributing, lying, self-serving VP’s.

dont misevaluate our situation. We are in our current state because this is where Leadership led us. I am absolutely amazed VP’s in AS havent turned completely. There is so much resentment now bulit up at the workerbee level against the VP’s its ridiculous. The resentment is warranted.

@RxQNWX1-ben You're kind of my hero right now! I feel like everything you said is just so prestinely accurate. My personal alignment with the thoughts you shared didn't waver one beat, through and through from the start of your comment to the end, I heard exactly what you were saying and agree with each assessment.

I have to confess though, thinking/feeling/knowing all that stuff is a major downer. Every time I try to give an honest thought and assessment to the state of our environment, I always arrive right back to these conclusions, and it's SUPER depressing. I was starting to get really worried about it, wondering what was wrong with me, when I got so jaded, sour, and negative, and why I'm unable to just chill out and be in better spirits like so many around me.

You've vindicated my spirit! While disappointed in Sabre for devolving into this state in the first place, I'm in pretty excellent spirits now this morning, starting my day on the high note than I am NOT bat sh-- crazy, lol

YESSSS!!!

Sound advice, although I left because I could see what was being said, and what was happening (or was planned) were not the same thing vs. not being happy. No clear direction and lack of trust in leadership. I think it's pretty easy to see this for anyone who has half a brain, but it's more of just taking the leap of faith that there is something (better) else out there. I can attest, there are much better companies out there.

Sabre next is an excuse to have another layoff without calling it such. Prepare big speeches, as k for support on mew culture directives and then have angry emplyoyess decide if employes don’t meet expectations.. it’s worse given the cio is so unprofessional anything goes.

Dear @RxQNWX1-yre, Your comments have zero credibility and merit. I'll start with your grammar, then move to facts that the majority of the "Happy" people here at Sabre are the ones who are coasting and offer nothing towards profitable innovation, customer focus, advanced technologies, and efficient, relevant and focused product development. Your comment mirrors today's current culture here at Sabre; Shut up, don't disagree/challenge, follow the bad processes, play passive-aggressive leader politics, and everyone will be happy. This is an opportunity to ask the unhappy employees for help without retribution, back door firings, or finding manufactured ways to get them out. Is it a reality that all of the real talent remaining is planning an exit? That the remaining "happy" people are the ones that will put the nail in the coffin....and their future professional career? Sabre has already hit the "wall" that you mention. Lord of the Flies? Sabre's reputation is so bad right now, we can't even pull off a smoke-and-mirror PR and internal communication campaign, much less an honest and open one. I'm guessing you are an executive at Sabre who is sitting at a bar - alone - and sent your post from your Blackberry.
