You aren’t telling anyone anything they don’t already know by telling them they can quit. Your posts are useless.
@RxYtzpw-1kjw I am that person (@RxYtzpw-zik) and you are not forced to work at Humana, there are options and you have choices. It's all about taking responsibility for the position you are in. Would I say this were this not anonymous? Everyday. S--- it up buttercup, you are a grown up and the only person keeping you in this position is yourself.
I actually love my job! I also like Humana and don't have animosity about what we are going through. In any business changes must be made to stay current and profitable. I will be very sad if I'm let go next week!

OP seems to be saying its the waiting, that many of us do agree, is emotional. I don't want to just up and quit because I am anxious about the waiting. For all you saying you love your job, awesome. Being in denial doesn’t mean your job will be saved. People saying they want severance know the end is coming so it’s more a matter of compensation for years served than necessarily wanting to leave. BTW, it was exactly a year ago today my COM was let go and my first team was dissolved. No one saw that one coming but the timing is the same and at least we are a little prepared.
I want to work for Humana also. After six rounds of layoffs it gets really old . Fooled me once shame on you fooled me twice shame on me

I care about my members and my job. I don't want a severence package I want to work for Humana. I don't understand all the negative and nasty people here. If you're not happy quit and if you care make a difference. Humana is a good company that is going thru changes welcome to 2018.
Many people have stress and would like to know their future. That does not mean they want to quit. Have some understanding.
