Qualcomm - Working from Home (WFH)

I've heard multiple rumors about WFH... Some in the office, some here on this site... What do we know so far about the future of WFH and are they really going to be stupid enough to put a stop to it. At this point nothing can surprise me, I think they may use it as a natural attrition tool as some folks will likely leave.

Agreed. Totally had it with all the meetings and late night calls. I notice how China and India offices won't take calls inconvenient to them. Trying my best to be on the list to leave.

I would gladly give up WFH if management agrees to a 9 to 5 schedule. I am tired of late night calls to India and other sites multiple times a week, working on weekends, having to come in on holidays if the project requires it. Let's just do 9 to 5. Sounds great to me.
