Anyone see all the jobs State Farm is posting on Monster?

I am shocked they haven’t blocked internet traffic to job sites for productivity purposes.
If this is true, it is terrible. How much are they paying to even post these jobs and are they relo eligible? That would be a kick in the pants. Relo new people but won’t relo BLM folks.
Yes, you understood that right and you are exactly right about what is going on too. Job searching all day.
So in the cases of people working the jobs were they told they’re done at the QTD? I’m just really confused how that works, because if I were in their shoes I’d be doing jack sh-- besides looking for other jobs. Seems like SF would give them severance and see them out ASAP.
If people are sitting in cubes until the QTD date then they had to have taken the severance for there exact job to be up for posting.
If only that were true. Unfortunately, it's not.
For the two previous commenters, you are both wrong. There are depts where people weren’t given an option. Just told you we’re out. And now you sit here while they post jobs that you were not considered for and have a QTD. and then are posting those jobs. It’s absolutely insulting and horrifying.
Even if they are trying to fill jobs with people sitting in cubes - what would be better? Wait until they leave and then put the bulk of the work on the other employees or be proactive and get a jump on training for an easier transition? If people are sitting in cubes until the QTD date then they had to have taken the severance for there exact job to be up for posting.
I agree that any move State Farm makes is going to be viewed as evil right now instead of normal business practice.
The change s---ed but dwelling on it is not going to make it better for anyone.
Or backfilling from people who took voluntary severance. However, it’s more fun to make SF seem evil.
They are all jobs of people who are currently working with a QTD. Not new jobs. They are cutting people and posting their jobs online while they are still sitting in cubes until their term date.
