What are the QTDs for each dept?

They learned something before Ad Services because there’s no voluntary severance and no opting out if you’re located in Bloomington or the Hubs. Very limited amount of jobs in the Large OCs but they can compete for jobs in Bloomington and the Hubs if they choose to.
When my office closed they expected 50% of professionals would move. They got less than 20%. Short timers and single income families. They keep repeating the same mistakes because they don't realize actually doing the work s---s and no professional would move for this job.
Bank doesn't have leadership. We have piss-poor management. No leaders.
Supposedly a lot more Bank people opted out than expected. When will they learn? However it's very surprising they allow some of these bank people to buy deals knowing time is ticking and they simply don't care. Why would they? I bet the bank QTD gets adjusted or segmented out in some way.
Most of Admistrative Services is 10/31/18. A few get 1Q 2019.
Have they ever let people go prior to the qtd or do they just sit there for 4 months doing nothing?
Time and time again, in department after department, we see leadership taken by surprise by how many people take the voluntary severance. WHY?
They've created a toxic work environment and they're surprised by people wanting out?
Proximity Fire is 7/31.
L&D is Aug 31, although it’s not approved yet either. More opted out than expected there too. Then they posted 60 openings while we sit there through our QTD. WTF
Did you mean Opted IN or Opted out?
Bank is 8/31 but that is not approved yet. Apparently the amount of people who opted took leadership by surprise (whomever that may be). I would anticipate adjustments once they go through the initial wave of attempting to place people.
