Thread regarding IBM layoffs

Talent and Collaboration Solutions Unit has announced a voluntary separation plan last week. The goal is to have about 30% reduction in Sales and Technical areas – and you all know how this will play out. Since they will not be able to hit 30% (I’d be surprised if they achieve 10%), they will move to a swift RA across the board and will be done by end of April.
