you can also pretend to get a decent raise and promo track at intel too
Besides Intel where else can an employee pretend to work ?
why would anyone consider this
Less than two years.
2 years to bridge service.
Its 2 years for benefits like vacation time, sabbatical eligibility and few other items.
For retirement purpose, all service time counts and is bridged together by adjusting your original hire/start date to account for any gaps of employment.
What makes you think anything is different? It’s only got worse with the backstabbing after the ACT. You are better off on the outside.
I believe you keep your years in service before resetting as long as you return in less then a year?
Don't know why you would return to that toxic environment?
Voluntarily leaving to avoid the INVOLUNTARY AXE and then returning back to the same shiothole.
I voluntarily left... So I can to back. Wondering how long I can be gone before my time there resets.
Involuntary separation is them saying dont want you and dont come back.
ISP can't return.
Why would you want to return to hell hole Intel ? Another sadistic person with love for being used, abused and BDSM.
One year or less
