I see a lot of comments on here about mywork. These are two true stories that are not connected with either GTO or CFO orgs, but instead Consumer Banking. Two different people I know, one well the other acquaintance posted for jobs recently one in Jan and one if Feb. Both were existing mywork and were offered the new positions. HR told both they would lose their status. Both pushed back, looking in Corp Direct and seeing that all the direct reports to their new manager were currently my work, so why would they be an exception? HR and the new manager agreed and transferred them both with their mywork status. One person lives within 5 miles of a hub site building, the other almost 75 miles. Manager and all peers are distributed throughout US, with nobody else in same city. I don't think it is one size fits all, there are plenty of exceptions. Unfortunately, some areas have zero tolerance and will no longer allow it. Unfortunately, each area is run like a different company.

Move to Albany NY they let us work from home.
I applied for two different jobs recently (last 12 months) and was told in both cases that I could not even be considered because I was MyWork.
Sleeping from home
All good in Albany NY working from home
@xyw - ditto!
I had an offer taken back when they couldn't negotiate my MyWork. So stuck in my job until they sever me.
