Got a 45% raise for "outstanding dedication and service". Was expecting to be fired but got massive raise. Go figure.
Heard they only got submitted last week... almost all aimed at G9 and below, with a sprinkling for "well liked influencers" who everyone knows are underpaid.
Specific numbers not announced yet. And not everyone getting one either.
Engineering Managers and Product managers along with directors and VP of CCBU are eating the money which is saved by doing the LR of the engineers.
