Whenever my dad calls a company and hears someone with an accent, he switches companies. I'm sure in Trump's America there are many people like that. Good luck, SF

These are all IT jobs. Show me where any US based carrier is using Overseas call centers for claims.

Fake news.....for now....until the adjuster licensing issues can get resolved.....I am on a committee that's reviewing a committee that overseeing another committee about this potential game changer.

If Allstate can do it, what can't Big Red?

We, of course, would F it up. Could we use people in India to take a loss report on weekends, US holidays and during non-traditional business hours for us so that our US based employees could enjoy that mythical life/work balance executives like to talk about? Sure, but somehow that is not how we would employ it. We will still have ILR and Express claims folks working on Thanksgiving and Christmas day.

A blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while but somehow our executives can't even stumble on a correct answer by accident. Everything they touch turns to sh*t.

I haven’t been on this web sight for awhile and it’s went to hell with garbage information and half truths at best. There is enough crazy things going on in this company so no need to make up lies. As for the poster that said a monkey can do the job, that may be true with the new EOM State Farm were you read off a script and have no knowledge of claims but not the old State Farm when you spoke with the same claim rep that handled the clai from start to finish.

Oh please do it State Farm. Please finish it with a dagger in the heart of customer service and send this over seas.
