Iewp i can see why you are among those leaving since you cannot express a thought without using the F word and cannot write a grammatically correct sentence. Nobody said good people were not kept. But the method to decide who stayed and who went was not performance based in all cases. Good luck with your new job wherever that is.

Igm- you’re not hurting anyone but yourself by holding onto the grudge. None of us likes this — and some are definitely affected more than others. But there are no guarantees of a smooth road for anyone in this life. Make wise choices and move on. Who knows? There may be something just around the next corner that will be far better than what you had.

It has to be at least 45 days after the day we're told. They said this one wouldn't be as long as the others because we are security risks! Good luck everyone. It's out of our hands (and has been). Just a few more days until possibly cancelling all our family's insurance policies (30+). All with same agent, too.

I know 4 associates that got pick up right away they were top of the line really knew how to handle complex and work thur problem situations

So shut the f up we are stuck with the bottom glad I’m leaving in July

And yes leadership all the way up need a training course on how to handle transitions what a f up good luck to everyone I don’t think it’s going to work out for sometime if ever!!!!

You hateful people have no idea of which you speak. Talent and contributions and results were not necessarily the criteria used for these cuts. A lot of really good people have been dumped or run off by this ridiculous scam of a downsizing plan. Yes our leadership should have encouraged and insisted management hold everyone accountable years ago and empowered them to part ways with dead wood. But since most of them are deadwood as well that didnt happen. You have no idea how these selections were made so you need to sit down amd shut up. When they get to you i hope you get as little compassion as you are showing for others.

QTD date 7/31 was announced back in March and eventually the plan got approved. If there is a QTD date announced, most likely plan will be approved.
