Why cant the BoD make up an Intel like fiasco at QC and get rid of SM!

because BoD enjoys that SM is puppet. Sm doesnt take any of his decisions. He approaches to BoD and BoD uses him to drive their agenda. So BoD is cooool
The many corporate jets and the truly astonishing exec pay is a major problem. bad image. bad employee relations and entirely undeserved or earnt.
Large stockholder representative basically laughed at SM at the last meeting. Surely the stockholders want major change.
They do this to allow badge access for the spouses and significant others of the execs...not a big deal really. It doesn't mean they are on the payroll.
On the other hand it's hard to defend the corporate jets and executive compensation.
Since when are you allowed to have your Wife report to you as a consultant? Look up SM in PH.
If a BoD wants to get rid of a CEO, they just do it. They don‘t need to make up anything. And they especially wouldn‘t make up a story about a code of conduct violation that is severely damaging to the company.

Easy. Because there are huge numbers of relationships on-going at Q ! Nepotism and relationships that conflict with normal corporate management roles are all over and chaos would result !
