Business Leadership

Anyone else love watching these arrogant inbred execs eat their own Sh##? Love how they think they know everything about business but cannot grasp the fact that all of their spending is accountable to the investors or that without a customer, there is no business. I have more respect for the guy that mortgages his home to open a 7-11 or Dunkin Donuts than anyone on the GE leadership team.

There are many loyal and hardworking employees in businesses being sold that would love to have the opportunity to help turn around the company except for the fact that we have been prohibited by HR the last few years from taking a job in another part of GE and are blocked for the next few years as well once our businesses are sold to try to get back to what ever is left of GE after John keeps selling pieces off.

In another 2 years, I wonder what parts might still be left to even try to return to if we want to get our Pension reinstated and help put what is left of “Humpty Dumpty” back together again.

Unfortunately this site has a couple people that want to spew lies, racism and hate to fellow employees. Should not be surprised as a very small minority hold a strong voice in this country. These low class losers have nothing better to do in there life.

That said while some execs have made bad decisions in my opinion most did because the thought it was the right decision. Sure many people are greedy when things start to turn south but that is human nature.

GE is in a deep mess. I believe John is capable of turning things around. Do i trust him to look out for employees during this change. Only to a certain point, but very remain skeptical. But this is the hand we have been dealt. We can't change the past so we can either quit, sit around and wait to be let go or try to make a career.

We have been freed to post.... We no longer work 12 hour days back stabbing everyone trying to make ourselves "appear" something we are not...

We are also making much more money doing so with better health insurance...

Enjoy! Karma is a bi$ch..

Stop the crying. And love the "very glad to be out of GE" people. Apparently leaving has freed you up to be posting all day on an anonymous site.

The best business principle you will ever learn is to backstab everyone including your buddies before they do that to you. Don’t trust anyone and your mantra should always be that dog eat dog is alive and kicking and suffer those who ignore this.

@TUZ3RH8-1hsd "they don't give two sh--es..."

Thank you for that, Captain Obvious!

The decision to buy baker was labelled naive on this site a year ago. Now look what’s happening - selling it off at a great loss if they can find a buyer in a dying industry. This is bungling stupidity at its best but who cares as it’s not my money down the toilet.

Karma... Actually their sins have far exceeded their ability to cover them up and make all appear wholesome and good... To the inbreds it's all about appearances not about competence...

Many intelligent people have checked out because most with smarts will not play the buddy system cut throat lie your a$$ off in order to prosper games. They will just leave and open up their own businesses .....so completely agree with you... Have more respect for those that left to do something better...

Yup, but I especially loathe the GE "leadership" program types who constantly live in their own echo chamber of confirmation bias. Challenging their norms or directional bias is sure to be met with great arrogance or pompous defense. To them, there's no other worthy alternative to the GE "meatball" sub sandwich, force fed to them 3 X per day, 5 days per week.

If you entered GE from the outside then you were likely not indoctrinated or placed under the propaganda hypnosis like these creatures are. Once you pay attention, it is really not hard to see through self serving, arrogant individuals looking to break into their next "leader" role, no matter the cost or destructive wake left behind. Very glad to be out of GE!
