Management transparency

If the management in Qc was transparent and open and not giving politicial answers to questions then we will never need a website like this to discuss or know what’s really happening in our own company .

I myself consider to be a positive person but I still visit this site to gather info as to how my fellow folks are doing. It’s a shame I have no other way to know as QC culture has started becoming us and them . It was clearly visible in this all hands. Sorry to say but I was for the first time really sorry for QC , the company’s culture and strong foundation has been crippled and it’s no more the same , it’s rotting and no one is taking a stand to correct it . Sad

ryi,well said HR is the most useless part of this organisation.They contribute zero value.

I can't stop visiting this site either, it is totally not healthy. Just check how fewer activities on layoff site for other companies.

When the HR morons believe there is no attrition that tells you what you need to know. HE should be outsourced and everybody in the HR laid of ASAP.

There is no quick answer to this mess. It might actually get worse before improving. FTC and Apple litigation and uncertainty from the NXP merger are weighing on the stock and employee morale. Management welcomes attrition in lieu of layoffs. My recommendation is to stop visiting this site and it has become nothing more than speculation and toxic exchange.
