31 Sears stores, 9 Kmarts
Somebody is finally noticing that Sears is closing a bunch of stores quietly hoping nobody will notice in addition to the announced ones.
Some of these were already mentioned here one by one, but it's nice to have it all in one place.

@1cmr I would assume any auto center attached to a closing store is going to be closing at the same time or sooner than that store. If there have been any exceptions to that, it is rare and would be specifically announced when known.
Any idea of how many auto centers are attached to these stores which will also close?
They are screeching to a halt. Screeching and screeching until there are no more stores left to close.
Someone or "something" will always notice. Nothing is no longer a secret in this day and age. Wouldn't it be better to just be upfront with it? Otherwise the media will eventually find out and everyone will know!
People aren't stupid and if you try to conceal things from them, it tends not to sit well with them. Literally, this company can't afford any more negative PR.
The stealth closings continue and there are more to come.
