We have lived in Bloomington our entire life and have known Tipsord for years and years. Unfortunately, what is said here is true. He has put his family through hell!

I agree it's disgusting, but it's also totally true.
Looks at the numbers down 265K they said they are pulling levers, but the flood of exiting policyholder is accelerating even faster now. They don’t know what to do!....they do so know what to do.
The plan save SF is they are going to make sure you click on task assistant, poke the eye and pending on every single claim you get a call on OR ELSE, and then make sure by darn you set the calendar correctly for the stupid jurisdictional letters..that is what is going to save them.
The plan to save SF goes even deeper, as long as you handle the calls within the time metrics and meet your TPR and of course do discretionary work between calls, over load with you with non-optional OT, make sure you are penalized with points if you even think about leaving early because your kid got hurt at school.
Now I grant you none of the above even gets close to quality of claim handling but that's the plan and they are sticking with it.

Glassdoor is one of the few places where you can give an honest assessment of executives without fear of repercussions. Tipsord won't allow people to rate his articles on NewsHub because he knows he would barely clear one star. He is thin skinned, vain, egotistical, and aloof. And heaven forbid he ever have contact with one of the icky commoners. Best to just hide out with the grinning good ol' boys and yes men in the C Suite and Board.
That was 55% lapse cancellation ratio, who are the people leadiing them into there career it’s not normal

i agree with you something isn’t working. I have had three policyholders this week ask why there rates have climbed so high they are multi line great clients and they said they have reach there limits.
I don’t have a problem with someone that make millions but they need to understand EASY JOBS DON’T PAY ALOT. Its time to get it together these rate anomalies are totally unjustified. I can’t even tell my most profitable and valuable customers what is going on. I’m even surprised at my own rates.
I am seriously getting worried on what is happening. I have talked with my fellow agents and clients are exiting even faster in there offices.
Something needs to be address immediately.

They better get there act together NOW! or we are going to down another 1 million plus autos.
If that happens and we have a double digit profits the entire senior level needs to be removed and replaced. Just like what’s going to happen to Trump. Train heading for a bridge that has been knock out. I would say we are at an emergency situation or defcon 1 as of today. Handling a claimant today that said what happen to you guys. I didn’t know what to say.

Achieving profitability by reducing experienced staff and replacing them with lower wage no knowledge customer pissing off new hires who won’t stick while trying to sell a product that is not priced properly through an antiquated distribution method.

Tip is doing a great job getting our company back to profitability. Its not an easy job but we support and respect him.
Noticed all the fake reviews. They are short and very little insights. Some are actually quite negative, but five stars are given. Please continue to let others know - Go to Glassdoor and be accurate and truthful. This a a great place if you like to be micromanaged, laid off, and working in fear. Heck, our own CEO has armed guards.
