Better show up to work and get a paycheck while you still can......Because when you guys walk the customers will click to get their services and phones.
The wireline guys leverage is they actually physically Install, maintain, and repair the network....It would be extremely hard for Verizon to hire, train and replace that entire workforce and get a new workforce up to speed in a timely profitable manner. This is why they are successful in bargaining a contract with Verizon.
That can't be said for the inside guys especially with the internet picking up the workload.
