What kind of feelings do you have working at Verizon? Why does it matter that it's not so easy? Why do you think it would be different elsewhere?

@UklXShK-wqf get a brain, the OP did not make any comment about "old", every user here has the tag " @UklXShK", with 3 more characters to identify them further, you are trying to virtue signal to ideas in your mind, which will not fix these issues with society that your bring up in your response
Company relationships are somewhat like romantic relationships.... If you hate the one you are in, and stay in it - that's sad. If you break up and then keep coming back to bad mouth the other person - that's pathetic.
Me, I like the company I work for which is why I've been here 18 years. It's imperfect and bureaucratic but I don't know any large company that isn't.
“...My current job has less stress, less BS, no metric or quota crap, no micromanaging, more flexible hours and time off.” — @kji
Son, unemployment’s not a job.
Get out of your folks basement already.
Yet you return here to reminisce?
Either drop the BS, or move on.
Do you stalk your ex-wife on Facebook too,
It is easy elsewhere because i know for a fact. My current job has less stress, less BS, no metric or quota crap, no micromanaging, more flexible hours and time off.
OP, get a life.
You start a thread as an avenue to respond to your own queries. So lame. Why do you feel prejudiced ageism is acceptable in your third response? Replace the word old in your third response with any other word that describes a group (i.e., nationality, race, religion) and see how ignorant your misguided hatred sounds.
So transparent youngblood.
Management is a joke, leadership is old and clueless. It's a bloated overpriced mess that will crash harder than circuit city after the T-Mobile merger goes through.
VZ is a rudderless ship with no consistent management direction, most managers are untrained and under educated promoted to a position they have no business doing. The company has several staff reductions per year because of the poor planning and management.
Verizon $ucks. Its better almost anywhere else. Especially in this economy.
