Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

July 31st QTD

Here we go again....we lost alot of proximity workers today and for those who are left behind will over whelmed with absorbing additional claim files and traveling greater distances to continue Mr Tipsford downward spiral of this company. It has been evident that it is all about numbers regardless of the impact it has to customer service. Litigation in the auto company is a run away train. It is out of control and plaintiff lawyers know this. I can also assume the EC suits are thru the roof.

@UqQ5EFQ-1kic Thanks, what is your cell number so I can transfer every p-ss-d off agent, insd and clmt directly to you when you "kick the can"?

QTD was 7/31. Shipped my equipment the next day and left for vacation. Started new job today with another company....best thing that has happened to me since I survived our "New World" transition three years ago....will miss proximity BUT....

As a opted in proximity auto appraiser I can say with confidence I don’t care what the workload is or what kind of mandatory overtime they require me to work, I am going to work my 7:45 and go home. I will pick and choose the easiest assignments and kick the can on the difficult ones. The good thing is the problem shops that caused me grief for years will be dead last on my list but karma is a b--ch isn’t it. If State Farm don’t like it fire me because I don’t care anymore. Typsord you ruined the company but maybe that’s what you were hired to do.

So true. Left behind proximity worker whose TM rubs himself with metrics and expects us to also wear the toxic paste. Getting out as soon as possible.
