I found the job aid right where you said it would be. Now to figure out how to use it since my management team knew nothing had changed
I'm a store support lead. I didn't start this thread but figured I'd chime in about "why" nobody had gotten the message about the change. Nobody on my store support team has an email. I've been asking IT support to fix that for months but they never did. Turns out this whole time that regular hourly associates don't get email is from what I heard from another SST lead at a nearby store, so any new developments have to get relayed to my team through me or if doesn't get relayed at all. Good luck with that because I usually don't even have five minutes to spare to sit down and read emails or any "news" on SHC Connect. I'm behind in all my Segno because it's been a one man show, there is no time to thumb through anything. The district manager tells me every oportunity and it is really annoying because I don't have the coverage to go to the training room and sit on a computer for four or five hours. My SM is new on the job and still figuring things out himself and Sears is so process intensive that it will take years to have it all down and we may not be around by then.
No surprise. There was an email sent out with the new process last week. Its under Unit Integrity in SHC Connect.
