Thread regarding Bed Bath & Beyond layoffs

Failing our customers and failing ourselves

As you look inside out, you start to realize that this is the beginning of the end. Not only we are failing our customers, we are failing ourselves. We continue to dig into the same thinking, following the same people, keep doing the same things, and congratulating the same behavior. It starts at the top where they are rearranging the chairs on the decks of titanic and playing music for the patrons.

@VPyUUMa-2gbe summed it up really good. Great post!

I heard about the pets allowed at the corporate office but I dismissed it as rumor.

Unbelievable

We really should be focusing on getting merchandise into the stores that customers will buy or we won’t have to worry about a corporate office

Why the does this CEO still have his job?

BBB still has loyal customers who don’t understand why the stock is in the toilet. They love shopping with us even through the new policy and coupon changes.

Corporate is over staffed and not productive.

Fresh ideas and new blood need to come in and make the nessisary changes.

The stores are drowning and overworked. Look to cut the useless positions in corporate. Oh and they are allowed to bring their pets to work. How much time is wasted on tending to their pets. Smh.
