@5ypy that's why people need to take the severance and get out. Let them fall on their face without receiving. If anyone in receiving takes another position they will still be told to do their old job. Get out and let them scramble.

sx6mw1ppy, I agree with you about audit. I am a former audit team partner, and guess what still doing audits all the time. This is what they want to do with everyone, take it or leave!!! Oh, and don't forget you will still do audits but take a pay cut as well. This is exactly what they want from everyone.

I believe their goal is to eliminate as many full time positions and hire only part time.

It's been going decently smooth for me for a while now but tend to find a lot of items on the po on the TC that aren't delivered at the store so have to look carefully. Still trying to figure out claims.

I have not yet found a way to print out anything to present for damages. I have the manager/TL verify it on the handheld using the history screen.

What i would like to know is , when doing claims can you print out anything for your garbage , how do you throw your garbage if not checked

Southeast goes live Wednesday 3rd. Says AP will.show up on Tuesday. Simpler more efficient means less hours. Dont think they are eliminating these positions but betting they get moved to part time hours very soon!!

Everyone said there's no way the clubs can do without audit, and they cut them anyway. Just imagine how messed up the clubs are w/o audit and throw receiving out now also? Sam's is going to be in shambles soon.

Our managers had a conference call this week. We were told we were test stores right now. We start October 2nd. Looks simple but we will see. I also hope they don’t think this will replace us and expect team leads to do the job. We have been asking for pallets to be dropped for weeks and it still hasn’t happened. Good luck getting your RTV and liquidation done without us.

What "toolkit"? We had no idea what happened this morning. We asked our GM and the response was (crickets chirping) way to go

I love how they work out all the bugs before they implement new programs. I'm sure it's going to be a joy checking in c-gare--es.

South central goes live Oct4th we printed out our toolkit! Looks simple but still there is physical work to do! Focus on uncomfortably full! Blah blah..

I hope with the restructure all the associates affected will be able to have the chance to apply for the new positions they will have in the back room. Being a long term associate and being the Receiving clerk I feel I am more qualified then most. I am well rounded. Been team leader in a lot of different areas of the club and also worked in claims for 8 years many years ago. Everyone comes to me for everything before they go to the team lead we have. I carry a key for everything in the back room. And it is usually me that opens the compactor and the doors.

I just want it to be fair and want a chance to be considered for whatever jobs are left in receiving like the back room team leader. I am up for the changes that are rumored coming especially if it is going to make things easier and faster. Good Vibes. God Bless Everyone.
