Who in the world would have asked for pennies (23% more of STI) when losing thousands of dollars ( severance package)? We are requesting the same severance package offer to rebadged employees to make their own decision. Please don't play any further tricks as we have had more than enough with Verizon.

You did not get the option because Infosys wants everyone to s--- all the knowledge out of our brains and then fire us. You are right, you have a job for 1 year and then will be let go.
You can’t transfer to another position because they are wanting to reduce headcount not move it around.
We should have been allowed the option to choose between a severance package and Infosys. We are not even allowed to post for internal vz positions. How is that fair? No doubt infosys will be getting rid of us in a year.
@ekg agreed - They should give an option to join Infosys or get a package. The package can be different since everyone who accepts will get it unlike the current package
So what are the requisites for getting paid STI for rebadged employees? Accepting Infosys Offer? Staying with Infosys atleast until Dec 31?
Verizon trolls are at it again. The rebadged group is asking for the equal treatment. Verizon is terminating the rebadged employees. Should pay the severance they are advertising will be paid to IT management accepting buyout package. Clear and simple. Forcing people to work for Infosys so they can outsource more jobs is not related.
