Thanks. I knew that Macy's owns their building there, fka Marshall Fields, but wasn't sure about the Sears.

Woodfield is owned. Sears (Homart) and Marshall Field were the 2 original developers of the mall. Woodfield Mall is named for former Sears board chairman General Robert E. Wood and Marshall Field and Company founder Marshall Field.

I see that GM was leased. Is Woodfield owned or leased?
