@Vw5YDXy-1clk Is GE had to make the business. Remember GE has a significant number of Fintech businesses.. The group that drives the majority of the technical decisions that are politically motivated are largely East Indians. These are Milk projects and initiatives, so this group can rest and vest. Not contribute to shareholder value or to Intel.

Confirm. I got an impression that there is almost no space for tecnical discussions. The majority of tecnical decissions are politically motivated. You might have great skills and want to improve something that is not going well in your project, but you won't be allowed to do it. Knowledge sharing even between the members of the same team is not encouraged.
