Next court date 11/15 - Tanksgiving / Black Friday 13 days later - Is that really enough time to receive / display goods / products for the holiday selling season ??

The stores need to return that product back to the rightful owners undamaged.

The stores have plenty of mdse. We are full of holiday product—toys, apparel, footwear, seasonal, etc.
Black Friday is the 23rd, so the Op should really get excited.

Automotive here - I received a grand total of 6 boxes of digital tire pressure gauge for Black Friday 2 weeks ago. Already sold out. That was all I got.
@uxq You are correct. It was still holiday merchandise as well as other merchandise that was redirected from closing stores. We are getting a ton of it. We're still exhausted.

You didn't get "holiday merchandise". You got merchandise from closing stores that was redirected.
@W6whUat You want to see receipt of holiday stuff? We have gotten so much holiday stuff in our Sears store since the end of September we can't process all of it and get it all on the sales floor. And it just keeps coming on two trucks a week. In addition, at the same time, we had to transfer all our clearance out to closing stores. We're exhausted.
Holiday stuff was ordered 6+ months ago, arrived in Sep-Oct, and was put on display in Oct.
My store is full of holiday stuff.
