Looking into the upper mgmt and lead pedigrees, I’m realizing that most of these people have been at TR for YEARS. Like 10-15 yrs plus. And I’ve never even heard of where they went to school. This is why the company is in the trash. D- level management that couldn’t get jobs elsewhere and have nowhere else to go, all circle jerking each other. I’m astounded!

DW put most of these people in place. Now in charge of Revenue, be interesting to see if they deliver the products to increase the revenues ?

There are some in charge of products that have no right being in the position they are. Some with such a terrible track record, yet still in a position to cause a f---ing mess.
If you are going to get rid of layers, get rid of the f---ing id--ts.
Stagnation, no innovation. It’s the TR mantra and org charts with all those lifers support that
