If you're aware of the sales #s it's pretty obvious why they raised their base salaries this past week. The numbers aren't going reach anywhere near the goal numbers needed for them to reach their 1M bonus incentives. Just the Office of the CEO firing employees wholesale and shamelessly sending that cash straight into their own personal pocketbooks before there's nothing left.
