Looking at the org chart across business lines, it’s mostly white people who are the VPs and leads especially Corporates.

“Diversity is our strength”, yes if its thought diversity in the ideation phase of a program and people agree on the goal.

In other phases, or when it comes to serosuly risky endeavors, especially ones with potential violence, diversity is actually a great weakness.

Lastly diversity based on skin color is the height of racism and has only been allowed because people are way too comfortable.

The Hyberabad Mafia is hard at work. Out with the Oriental Asians and in with the "Indian Asians" in the most epic "like kind exchange" I've ever seen.

McKinsey has done well here, they recommended much needed change and you are seeing the benefits start to roll in. Stock price is well up and will continue to rise as more dead weight is cut and agile practices are adopted and improved.

Blaming diversity is the excuse of the unemployable who confused credentials with marketable skills.

Everyone sees what they want to see. I see my director taking his/her team of incompetent bootl*ckers to the top.
