Ellison left Penny’s in ruin & jumped to Lowes. Since joining Lowes what positive has he created, nothing! He has closed, eliminated, & terminated employees. He’s negatively impacted the lives of Lowes employees & their families. Now, he wants to take away your days off with some new schedule scheme. Where does it end???

Mr. Ellison you always say God bless. Well sir, you need to look in the mirror & ask what are you doing that is positive or good in the lives of Lowes employees?

auto schedule- why? There are enough people in a store to give everyone what they want to work. dept. supervisors should work m-f week ends off. part timers should cover nights and weekends. there are people who only want days or nights or week ends. asms- let them work the rotations.store manager- work the rotations. Me, I quit... after they shut down my store on1/13/19. Found a job that pays as much as my specialist job paid. Good luck everyone!

No doubt it was neglected for years and there are some changes that had to be made. Remember though, the CEO has the chance to bonus up to 200 percent of his base salary of 1.45 million dollars. Is the bonus tied to how much fat can be cut off?

Marvin is being forced to fix the huge mess left from previous leaders who did nothing but let Lowe’s fall farther and farther behind Home Depot. Yes, that includes everyone complaining on here, your current performance is second. So instead of attacking him maybe you should give him a chance so we can stop being second and be on top. I am tired of being second.

Lowes is a sh-- show, but I am so sick about seeing complaints about schedules. They aren't taking away your days off. They are doing what every retailer does and having their staff works more weekends. Yes, it s---s if you have a family or social life, but it is retail. Rotations were never meant to be exactly what your schedule would always be. They are guides to help auto populate schedules and reduce the amount of edits. Nothing will stop managers from setting up a rotating schedule on there own to give some predictability, but if you thought rotations were a hard set rule for your days off you are flat out wrong. Maybe you managers used them that way, but if they did that just means they don't know how to make a schedule.

It will only get worse. If you treat your employees with dignity and respect you create a positive work environment. Marvin has created in a very short time period an atmosphere of complete chaos and disrespect. Change is part of life, but people are more than just numbers, GOD BLESS,,,,,,,,,,,
