They don't even care. People looking for guidance - and now at least we know CEOs favorite color. Lame and stupid.

I’ve seen a lot of webcasts. This one turned me off the most. Made me sick how it was so casual and funny. Vas---ne is so arrogant it’s unbelievable.
I liked when answering what skill he doesn’t have but wished he did was answered. Technology was the answer from the one that is transforming Xrx into a Tech Powerhouse.
I liked the part where JohnV told the nice lady, repeatedly, that he was the CEO. That was a cringeworthy moment.
For those of you who listened to it... Good Night Moon
Communicating with the little people. Trying to placate the wage slaves while he rapes the company..
Ah classic Johnny Douchebag! People think you and your management team are a JOKE! How's the turnover in XBS land working out for everyone? The dimwits at HCL had to scramble to offer huge retention bonuses to managers (UPWARDS OF 3 MONTHS!!) to stay on board to oversee the transition to foreigners in Guatemala and India (THANKS FOR THE 50 PAGE DECK DINGBATS). And now people who did not get this amount are p-ss-d including those that were not badged over and remained as Xerox employees! Guess what? People are still leaving because they despise what you did to GIS, arguably the only part of XRX work anything.
The light at the end of the tunnel is from the train heading straight at us.
Sarcasm...love it
Having listen to a lot of Webcasts in my time, I found this one refreshing in that he told it like it was. Yes, the Shared Services with HCL was tough, yes, Revenue was not great and Yes, Fuji legal situation is still ongoing.
But he stated that he wanted transparency, more non-silo-ed communications within the company, that is a good step going forward. He wanted to monetize out IP from PARC, Canada & Europe!
We, who are still part of Xerox, will see this transition through and I hope the light at the end of the tunnel is bright and everlasting!
BTW, I don't understand why all this name calling, that is not productive or warranted.
I'm the CEO, I do what I want! Except make time to coach my girls soccer or tennis league, or listen to them when they make noise at home. I'm glad their was so much laughter and it was so light hearted. I'd hate for them to feel any stress like we do.
So glad I don't have to endure those anymore! How many times has Vas---ne mentioned that he is the CEO in this call?
