How they (the management) decide to put whom in the 50% layoff in a team? Based on title? level? performance? cost? or just random?

So having 5 months to plan a layoff, they can’t include China and don’t want to get everything done at one time. Right. I call bulls* on that story.

@bwn, it will happen in April. @row, can’t take out everyone. It was a hard fight but not successful. Some teams more than others... but most teams are 50% or more. This has been planned since Nov. Unfortunately for CDC it is not even about products not selling. Not fault of the staff..
