all good employees have left. we are so short handed that its a crime. no one wants to work for lowes anymore. the people they hiring now are terrible. no experience, lazy, no drive. whats profound is, lowes looks at the experienced guys AS THE PROBLEM.

Home Depot shops my store to see what Lowes is up to, Depot store manager stops to chat and offer me a job. He says anytime I’m fed up with Lowes come work for him, I might as well take him up on it.
Store managers are the problem. Always has been. I am not talking dept, asm's, etc. But actual store managers. Lowes has always had cronyism to blame. You could bust your but for years trying to get a promotion, and be the best example of an employee, but if you did not lick the store managers boots you would never get anywhere.
I left because Matt Krebbs is a douche.
So people who have 7 , 12, or more years in who left are lazy ?
Whats that say about management then? Allowing hem to stay all those years with promotions.
2 more in my store quit today. plumbing guy and electrical.
This month alone we lost head cashier, ISLG mngr, del manager and coordinator, Back end supervisor, and hardware mngr - all tenured, very smart employees.
A little disrespectful to lump everyone in the same category. You ,Post ID: @Z4Ip1kV-cgz, sound like a corporate apologist or one of the 80 percent that kiss up and walk around doing nothing! Love how ppl say, just move on. They dont understand the benefits that have been accumulated and how tough it is to change simply because they have seen Lowe's implement something and then change. They are hoping for it to change. I doubt it is.
Looks like the whiny bottom 20%'ers who can't move on or find jobs have left from the look of things.
