Heard in Colorado they bumped starting pay to $14(A) $15.50(B) $16.50(C) and have also brought in temp workers to do stocking. Is this happening anywhere else?

In Colorado and I have not heard about this. Just the TL getting raises.
You have no idea. One club is giving their Produce team 60 hours OT between 2 associates who do Produce then stay to do Freezers/Cooler because they only have 5 total stickers morning/evening combined.
Another has hired 1 associate since February.
One club had 20+ walk out on the GM over block scheduling (allegedly he did not give them an option of morning/evening or days off, said take it or leave it so they left).
We had managers go back to Colorado clubs to help out. Heard these clubs were a mess.
Hope this is true last time I heard we are over 30 people down and can't get people in for interviews.
Sure hope it’s correct Illinois can’t keep people.
