Wrong partner I’m union lineman for 15 years and I can definitely tell you that Myself and other lineman not impressed with the new lineman they hired trying to replace us . What a joke the have no clue.

Direct from management new lineman to be laid off before September. Losing work to contractors and seasoned veterans are throwing you new hires under the bus. Watch yourselves telling on you to save their job.
Layoffs always happen right before the holidays (4th quarter).
I believe Kyle when he says no layoffs and no new VSP in his live chat. However, come 2020 layoffs will return. VSP will never return since you cleared out the pensions.
We once had our SVP visit our building one day...they picked up a microphone and (very sincerely) told everybody in the room that they had no reductions planned in the near future.
Approx half our team was eliminated only a few months later....and again a few months after that.

No new VSP? They'll just call it something else if there is one, so he'll technically be telling the truth. But over the next 18+ months we'll have smorgasbord of layoffs (both voluntary and involuntary), rebadges and any other way they can think of to get rid of people. Anyone who doesn't realize that is just living in their own fantasy world.
Kyle's org wouldn't participate in a VSP even if there was one. He'd just outsource more.

Nope...eisp for linemen, get rid of older ones, young ones been in training for two years...company isn’t going to throw that away.

GET a LIFE. OF course there will be layoffs that is what happenings at sinking companies. If you have not noticed Verizon is a sinking company. So of course there will be lay offs. Why ask just meaningless questions when you know it is a given.
