Save your breath. If the volumes of bitter threads here don't tell you anything...
I haven't seen this level of bitterness on any company's page, not even the ones that really do mass layoffs.
There's probably less than handful of individuals responsible for all the negative posts here. If you correlate the contents, you'll see what I mean. Same bullcrud reposted again and again. After a while I just ignore those threads. But these rearwipes start dumping and hijacking on other people's thread too.
Don't know where they find the time. But if they had put forth the same zeal and effort in their real job, they'll probably do something with their lives.

I get it, you were laid off and are upset. But why dwell on it, especially if you really landed that new awesome job that pays so much more? If that's true, Oracle should be a shrinking object in your rear view mirror, all but vanished. But it isn't. So I think someone is a lion.

Why watch it if you're gone? I've had my share of past, bad employers and I don't "watch them from the sidelines", I don't go to their pages on this board and badmouth them, since I rarely think about them. The incessant, unsubstantiated, negative remarks do lend credence to the accusations that some people here are just bitter over being fired, even though they claim to be tremendously happy that they moved on, making more money, etc. It's like obsessing over an ex who dumped you, while claiming you're so happy to not be with that ex anymore.
If you have good, solid information regarding layoffs, please post them here. But if you just come here to make stuff up, then it's pretty obvious that you just want to spread your misery.
And I expect this post to be heavily down voted.
Also insecure, but I tried someplace else that was much much much worse from a day to day experience! 7/10 positive experience. New org has massive walls though!
