I have heard through a market president that layoffs are about to be announced. I’m guessing this is branch closure, but unsure. Any truth?

Just converted banks in Tennessee and announced acquisition of 37 branches in Texas. No way all of these branches and personnel are kept. The only good thing is that the company has such high turnover right now they can’t do layoffs.
