So? All Corporate cares about is a clean store. We have at least 1 corporate walk per week, sometimes 4! And all these empty suits do, do justify their jobs, is walk around and say what they dont like and what to fix.
Simultaneously, ignoring facts such as not having staff TO make the fixes!
Lowes is so lost that while we have NO staff (1 person in all of lumber AND Pro for the entire day), all they are focused on is getting surveys filled out on the fkkn receipts! They have such a case of "cart-before-the-horse" syndrome that they hauled our top getting survey filler outter into the office and accused her of NOT getting enough! Meanwhile, the same managers are putting fake names on the schedule as coverage!
We have call outs daily, no shows, employees never taking lunches, coming in and leaving whenever they want, etc and management says nothing. I could list 1192 more things going on but it doesnt matter. Lowe's is completely lost.
I could NOT drop bunks, load concrete, or do any spotter-necessary activities yesterday and this happens all the time! We have NO staff. Our store manger claims corporate isnt giving him enough hours. Corporate claims they are. Meanwhile, while the liars keep on lying, we the employees are expected to cover and do the work of a battalion. Well, customers are leaving in droves when they see there is no staff and no service.
Corporate is focused on the MINUTIA, and have lost sight of what matters. The important issues, the ESSENTIAL issues. While sales are walking out of the store, they simply focus on leaves in the canopy that need to be swept.
Its over people. Its impossible to do my job, and Im done trying.
Our store all week has been a mess. Customers cant shop, freight everywhere with no top stock holes to put up, and stuff tossed everywhere. Tool world os being redone, and 1192 items are scattered all over the floor and aisles. The night crew simply clocks out at 6 am, and leaves it. Cantilever bars all over the floor along with pallets, brooms, and other trip hazards.
While our store manger was out with district sm's looking at millwork nonsense in Home Depot, his management staff were all hiding in the LP office all day and leaving early. There is no support at all.
Our dept manager is so dilusional he makes ups lies for kicks. He targets those who dont jump immediately or he doesnt like, and makes up a lie and reports it to ASM's who then threaten us. When we tell them they never happened, they call US liars!
Yea, its a great environment. Lowe's has destroyed all ability to service customers. They claim customer service is our #1 goal, yet do NOTHING to provide that service. No staff, inexperienced new hires, piss poor managers, no direction or resources to do the job.
Its over.
