Just got hired for sales position and having doubts now I recently found out that a lot of the employees at a certain call center will be leaving due to the way the company cut everyones commision. Was told when I was hired was potential of making good money however overheard employees telling new hires to find a new job.

Eh, you Can do good at the call center. Think about it OP, they’re telling u to quit but they’re not quitting.
They don’t want the competition.
@OP - Ignore the troll. This faltering company is so desperate for associates that they resort to all sorts of exaggeration and conniving to get people onboard. Heed the advice you overheard and seek employment elsewhere!
