I love how they are pushing call center reps for app engagement and say “think of how much money the company can save if people aren’t calling in..” and how would that save money...oh because then u wouldn’t have to have as many reps taking calls? And of course leadership is like no that’s not why and it’s more convenient for the customer to use the app...okaaay

To be fair app engagement is fine for easy sh–. God knows Verizon's systems break so often that they will still need agents. (But since verizon doesn't actually care about customer service, it won't matter)
