What y’all think about carepass? Yay or nay? And do you think this is the best answer to Amazon prime?

I am a manager and am not fighting carepass. But...... when you hire people the one thing I didn’t hire was based on them being salesmen. Hate to say it if they were they would not be working at cvs.
CarePass is free money for the customer and the store. 100% margin and legacy sales which means continued enrollment belongs to the store who first enrolled. $10 monthly coupon means more visits. Managers b–ching about these programs do not understand that fighting them does nothing but hurt their own business.
