So I work in gas station I’m a full time associate and my manager told me that i can’t have weekends off and my schedule is 6am to 2:30pm off Monday and Tuesday. On Sunday gas station open at 9am. So I come in at 6am and work inside the club which idk why they keep on scheduling me on Sunday and work inside if I can just work Monday open cause we don’t have anyone who’s schedule on that days. Why stupid managers can’t just give me Sunday and Tuesday off and work Monday. And why supervisors get raised and we associates don’t get anything if we all doing the some thing that supervisors doing.

in a emergency at gas station will you know what to do? clean spills, members driving off with the pumps, clean nasty restrooms?
I covered gas station before had to deal with all off that plus rude members.
gas attendants deserve to get pay.
Uh, what? How exactly are you doing the same thing supervisors do, especially if you're at gas station most of the time? You don't have to do audits, you're not the one your managers go to when your associates are being a pain in the a–. You're not expected to solve every problem that comes up. Please, enlighten me.
You work retail weekends are the busiest time. If you want M-F 8-5 you need to go get a professional job at a bank, doctor’s office, office building, etc.
