Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

Has there been anything new on July layoffs?

The ones that were mentioned a few weeks ago that are supposed to happen at the end of this month?

Layoffs are Wednesday morning. HR has already reserved rooms at the different locations.

This website automatically posts that there is going to be a layoff each month to drive traffic. The real posts usually come with some indication of which teams are being affected and a more accurate timeframe than just "Jan, Feb, March..." etc.

Layoffs are usually in August, SE, CX, and Sales are the current rumored impacted areas, but nothing very concrete yet.

'... a way of calling a topic or question overly trivial or technical." How about that, witdim?

Yes, I'm aware that the quote came from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. The question I posted, "What do you mean, an African or European Swallow?," is the response to the question in the movie.

"What Is the Airspeed Velocity of an Unladen Swallow? is a quote from the 1975 film Monty Python and the Holy Grail. The question is often referred to online as a way of calling a topic or question overly trivial or technical."
