Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Pro Event starts today. Lol.

Day 1 of week long Pro Event.
I walk in to an overnight Trex reset with carts of Trex all over the place and racking everywhere. Tool world too is 1 week into it's 2 week estimated make over with merchandise everywhere and the store in disarray

No one addressed staffing. No one is scheduled, including the Pro loader.

This is the new Lowe's .

No reason to waste money looking for pros. I call on them every day. I’ve never had a one mention Lowe’s. Menards yes, Lowe’s never.
We deliver better, we have more of what the need, better credit systems, and we buy at better prices. So long Lowe’s it’s been great but you’re toasted.

Sometimes your hands are tied. You don't have any $$ to make it better and lack the help from above. Yes there are people who are part of the problem but Lowe's is trimming any fat it can find. It removed a lot of vets who knew a lot for mindless kids to collect a paycheck. Pat people what they are worth and they stay and get more from them. pay less people milk clock and quit.

No pens or hats supplied, no longer do they get an initial 10%, the budget for the week for so-called breakfast was $250 dollars. LMAO. And the twat above says Im the problem. What a complete choad.

There is no management, no corporate. The Pros have no reasons to come to us. We cant deliver on time, have no staff, so no one to ever help them. Now they have done away with all incentives to new prospectus.

There were pretty balloons though. And 24 donuts and some coffee, eaten by all the employees.

The two apps we got were not approved so they will not be future potential pro's. rather, they walked out with free tools given as an "Award" for signing up.

Lowes has nothing to offer existing pros, or potentials. They all ask why sign up and there really is no answer. 5% off? They get that now with the consumer card.

And if the store is so bad, corporate should have addressed it. Its been going on for years, and corporate walks 4x per week. So jerkstains argument above is busch league. They all know the store isnt staffed, and its terrible, and do nothing.

Another Lowe's failure, and it will continue. The NEW face of Lowes is incompetence, lies, bullchit, and nonsense.

So you are blaming Lowes “This is the new Lowe’s” Because of your entire stores including yourself lack of execution? Nowhere in the Lowes playbook does it say for your entire store not to run as it should. Great job complaining about it after the fact though. Instead of me baby being proactive for once. You are part of the reason your store is garbage. Once again blaming someone else instead of the people who actually made it that way. MURICA 2019

This is what happens when they separate functions with no one overseeing it. The store manager should have checked in with all the ASMs and planned this c-ap out. Instead, he probably sat with them individually and had them do their own thing.

Either to store manager needs to start running the store differently or they need to bring back the operations manager position, where the ops manager was the one who ran all logistics and was over zone managers and coordinated everything. No one is planning this stuff across all functions.
