How can these two executive clowns stand in front of staff that want them out of the company? Chuckies performance is rated below expectations based on earnings. My girl Bridget is tearing departments apart leaving our production support at risk for a major catastrophe. Just wait... It’s a matter of time. I’m already seeing the affects of staff terminations in my area. Lack of proper support. Increase in software backouts . Loss of knowledge. Poor moral. No application cross coverage. More staff looking elsewhere.

Ps. Try to imagine the 10% BE quota applied to 8,000 superstars. “NO EXCEPTIONS!” That would be 800 superstars fleeing for new jobs at a more appreciative company, real quick.
