How us club pickup going for other clubs?we are still a disaster. We are still pulling orders and dispensing with no help from other areas. Weekends are fine since we all have to work but Monday through Friday we are behind starting from opening. We cant get caught up to start orders for the next so it's just a snowball effect

Absolute disaster! Our management keeps referring to it as "growing pains". How long are growing pains supposed to last? I'm so embarrased as I warned my friends and family to stop using the service because of the issues and they didn't and low and behold last week personal friends of mine were given rotten grapes and missing several items. We have every issue @103frCAQ-pxf listed. Then today I come in and the bay door that our drive thru orders go out through is now to be left unlocked and were not allowed a key...sounds fine but we have many members(CPU and not) who will come over and open the door themselves. I was told to call a manager if anyone tries to do it as "it hasn't been an issue" but, can anyone get a manager when they need one?? So I guess on top of getting cussed out by members and fellow coworkers now I get to get run over by members trying to run out the door. And on top of that all the people who knew how to do CPU and care have had enough and are all turning in their notice. Trying my hardest to get out but for now I'm going to be alone with no support....ugh!

Sounds like we work at the same club lol. We are working from behind all day everyday.

Members doing their own orders
No location info on order sheet
Orders in cooler, even the freezer items
Orders in freezer, even cooler or canned items
Cooler and freezer items left in carts
Expired and canceled orders left to rot because no one does the go back
Click n Pull people not allowed to do orders
Whatever. I care very little anymore
