A lot of the old products like RMS has not had a major on prem release since 2016. Is it in maintenance mode? Has Oracle given up on it? What does the future hold for RGBU, as the SaaS adoption hasn't been that great?

Nothing is happening, no new products, same old people in charge. We have to sell cloud whether or not customers want it. Premise based development is almost zero and many products are in unofficial sustaining support.
