This weeks propaganda continues to mostly center around Diversity and Inclusion. Lemmings eat this up not realizing this is a management tactic to keep us from realizing and talking about everything else going on, such as the massive amount of layoffs, c-ap raises, c-ap health insurance, lack of tax savings trickling down to the employees, stock buybacks, Charlie's 16 million in compensation, etc.
All three organizations I have worked for in my adult life did all of these things BNYM continuously crow about with regard to diversity, community partnership, etc.... it's nothing unusual or to crow about. It's to divert our attention from the bigger picture.
Oh and lets not forget about the big "snack break:" and "walk with a health coach".....that really makes up for worrying about continuing to put food on the table for the family just so greedy exec's can cipher even more for themselves.
I'd like to think people will ask the tough questions at Chucks upcoming quarterly call, but even if they do, they will pass over the questions as they have done with mine in the past with regard to forced ratings and layoffs
