So many layoffs, so many of the best people gone... There is no possible way in which this will turn out well, for anybody involved.

The answer, for whatever reason, is I believe they don't care. I don't even think they have any idea what they are doing. In the meantime, so many lives of countless hard working people have been put in turmoil, because of their heartless actions. This Company and so called leaders should be ashamed of itself.
Say that to all the financial companies, and many others. BNY just part of the downsizing and belt tightening going on just about everywhere. You’ll find that out when you try to get another job. Good luck to us all!
