How about, if you don't have an answer or any factual information to add to a thread, keep your negative, hateful, bitter, toxic mouths shut?
The person asked a question about a position pay and allies see is a bunch of noise that doesn't even begin to resolve the inquiry.
Credits can not be processed in the field so that won't work. If it is suppose to be an in club role than why did they get rid of the champ position? Now let's include management duties. If it is a way to circumvent the system to that way you have an additional person that knows membership, can operator a register, give over rides, and still be able to manage marketing duties. They are trying to eliminate a position and still have the experience in the club, meanwhile they have eliminated having to payout severance. I don't see this happening.
Don't matter base pay to me

And extra compenation above their goal?
The cashiers aren't going to ask especially when they find out your getting money for credit apps
Sif is different but credits in the club will.count and plus will too

They aren't over anyone just pushing plus and credit #. Yes I'm sure to get more hours out of them
I cannot see them adding another manager to clubs unless its like the optical Manager who dont actually even carry keys which in that case is just a title to put them on salary to get more free hours of work from them.
We dont have a marketing team leader or coordinator. But they told us today they are hiring a marketing manager. It is suppose to have extra bonuses for them.
